M. Sc. Eng of environmental protection, graduate from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and the PhD in ecology of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. Expert in environmental impact assessment, social communication and investment advisory.


Co-founder and President of the Foundation for Sustainable Energy – the non-governmental organization which supports the implementation of the European Union’s climate and energy package stipulations.


Author and professional lobbyist of draft amendments to legal acts, which aim is to simplify procedures of realizing investments in the energy sector in Poland.  


In the year 2001-2005 performed functions of: adviser to 4 consecutive ministers of environment, head of the political office in the Ministry of Environment, representative of the Management Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) for environmental protection in rural areas, member of the supervisory board of the one of Regional Funds for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW), member of the Cohesion Fund Steering Committee.


In the years 2005-2009 performed the function of the Director General and member of the Management Board of the Polish Economic Chamber of Renewable Energy.  


Author of the guidelines for investors „Evaluation of environmental impacts of wind energy projects”, co-author of the “Guidelines for environmental impact assessment for wind farms projects” and "Guide to the location determination and environmental impact forecasting procedures for offshore wind farms in Polish maritime areas".
